Q: Am I able to take on more than one job opportunity at once?
A: No, you can only pick one training at a time. Once you are finished with the training then you can pick another job.
Q: How much does each job pay? What is the starting rate?
A: The base rate starts at $13-$22 per hour. However, the pay varies according to the job type and your score on the assessment. Your score will determine which jobs are best and most suitable for you.
Q: Will I have to pay for anything to begin?
A: There is only one fee, which is the background check fee of $30. The background checks are good for up to 3 years. You’re also responsible for your own equipment. I will provide links to where you can purchase the equipment.
Q: Are there age restrictions to work at M&D Virtual Staffing?
A: Yes, you must be 18 years or older to work with our company
Q: What are the benefits of working with M&D Virtual Staffing?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer benefits of any sort as this job offers freelance/independent contractor positions only
Q: Are we responsible for our own taxes?
A: Yes, we do not take taxes from pay from any employees of the company. At the end of the year, you will receive a 1099 form if you made more than $600. We highly recommend working with or hiring a professional tax specialist to go over what you are able to write off as far as deductions and expenses for independent contractors
Q: Why is my background not complete but everything else has been checked?
A: In most cases, it can take companies hours to even weeks to run background checks
Q: I was signed up for training and now I don’t see the job in my portal?
A: Unfortunately, in this case you were dropped due to not passing background check
Q: If I drop a client can they be added back on?
A: Yes, all they would need to do is log into their portal and search you by ID
